Why can't different articles be shipped together?

Although we strive to minimize waste, it is not possible to ship all items together. Each product is custom-made, and to maintain the highest quality, we collaborate with specialists for each type of item. Thats why certain articles are shipped separately.

Can I cancel my oder?

Every item is made by order - specifically for you - which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 14 days of product delivery.
